Student city guide: where are students found in these twelve student cities?

Now that summer is over, it's time for you as a new student to discover your new college town! You've probably already done some research about your new city. You've probably read guides about your city via online blogs. Nowhere can you find out exactly what students in your city do, while that is exactly what you would like to know. Where do they spend most of their time? What bars, coffee shops, study places and festivals do they visit? What do they do on a brackish day? In short: what are the places to be as a student? We asked our local Integrand board members, who have listed this information for you per student city!

Amsterdam

Maastricht

Going out to party:

  • Wednesday night is drinks night for disputes/associations. Then students go first to sororities or to regular pubs and then to the city afteren (the Uni/FM/Defilé/Fessa). The last 4 clubs are also nice on Tuesdays or Thursdays or sometimes on weekends. Cliniq or Complex are nice for techno lovers.

Festivals:

  • Picknick on the Sint Pietersberg

  • Each weekday there is something different fun! Monday = Live night, Tuesday = Dice at cafe Bolle or crate night at the Boekanier, Wednesday = Polly, Thursday = all the short hill and piusplein are fun, Friday = Karaoke Bar
