We are an M &: A boutique consisting of 5 people:

• our team consists of a partner (20 years experience) a senior consultant (12 years experience) and three consultants
• we are continuously working on a number of wonderful (international) midmarket (larger) international purchase and sale transactions
• we are also active in attracting venture capital and arranging (bank) financing
